Meet Your Coach!

Hey, I’m Jessica Stidham, but you can call me Jess! I’m a certified yoga instructor, mindfulness and meditation instructor, owner of Wild Sage Yoga & Wellness, LLC, and founder of The Mindful Method. I’m so stoked you’re here!

To get better acquainted, let me share a lil’ somethin’ with you about my path:

At the beginning of my journey (10+ years ago, if you can believe it), I was overstressed, undernourished (mind, body and soul), and not living in alignment with my purpose. It took me years of personal exploration and trial and error before I made the connection between my health, stress levels, relationship with my body, and the blocks in my creativity.

Put simply, I was disconnected from my body
and burned. the f*ck. out.

I was overworking myself, ignoring my intuition, and totally missing the signals my body was sending me. This led to fatigue, persistent illness, and a slew of other challenges; all of which required me to slow down to solve (something I, admittedly, was not very good at).

Yoga and meditation were part of my life at the time, but my practice took on a whole new meaning when I came to this realization, and it sent me on a path of exploration and creativity that opened the door to my inner wisdom and intuition - and now that I’ve applied it to my business - HOLY MOLY is it liberating.

You see, I know how it feels to feel like something is missing; to be super stressed, burned out, disconnected, and like your creativity and inspiration has gone into hiding.

But that’s exactly why I created The Mindful Method: because it’s what I NEEDED!
